INTERACTIVE WHITE BOARD (IWB)

This semester is a very god opportunity for me to be exposed with several ICT’s applications. One of them is Interactive White Board (IWB). An interactive whiteboard (IWB), is a large interactive display that connects to a computer and projector. A projector projects the computer's desktop onto the board's surface where users control the computer using a pen, finger, stylus, or other device. The board is typically mounted to a wall or floor stand. They are used in a variety of settings, including classrooms at all levels of education, in corporate board rooms and work groups, in training rooms for professional sports coaching, in broadcasting studios and others.
At first it is very difficult for me to use such technology, but with the help from the lecturer and the instructor, it is quite easy to apply with. For me smart board is really user friendly because it really help peoples especially educators to deliver the knowledge and information in an attractive way. Therefore, it is not a waste to have such technology used in every school in Malaysia.
